What is SmeltSync?

SmeltSync replaces paper log sheets and disconnected spreadsheets in steel melting shops with connected Furnace, AOD, CCM, Costing and Store Management systems, plus a live plant-wide monitoring dashboard. Every heat is tracked under a single heat number from tap to billet, with entry screens built to match the paper log sheets melters already use.
