What this page needs to cover
A finished version of these terms should set out, at minimum:
- What the free 30-day pilot includes, how it ends, and what happens to plant data logged during it if the plant doesn't continue.
- Pricing and billing terms once a plant moves past the pilot.
- Ownership of production data entered into SmeltSync — the FAQ states it stays in the plant's own database and can be exported at any time; these terms should make that contractual.
- Uptime and support expectations (an SLA), especially for plants relying on the live dashboard operationally.
- Acceptable use of the software and any limitation of liability.
- How either party can end the relationship, and the notice period involved.
